Effective Date: January 1, 2025  |  Last Updated: April 2025
Operated by: Docherty, LLC d/b/a WebsiteTrouble.com

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at websitetrouble.com or engaging any services provided by Docherty, LLC d/b/a WebsiteTrouble.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a session, purchasing a plan, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

WebsiteTrouble.com provides website repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and related consulting services via live screenshare sessions, email support, and ongoing monitoring plans. Services are delivered remotely by US-based engineers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to ongoing subscription plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Service Plans and Billing

On-Demand Fix ($219 per session)

A single emergency repair session billed at the time of booking. Payment is due prior to the scheduled session.

Monthly Plan ($349/month)

Billed automatically on a monthly basis. Includes the features listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Annual Plan ($3,200/year)

Billed quarterly as described at time of purchase. Includes two months free compared to monthly billing. Cancellations mid-term are not eligible for prorated refunds.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds for new subscriptions are available within the first 30 days of becoming a new customer, provided no more than one repair session has been used.

On-demand fix sessions are non-refundable once the screenshare session has begun.

If we are unable to resolve a particular issue, we will make a best-effort attempt or provide a referral within our network. Our inability to resolve an issue does not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. 30-Day Warranty

Every repair session is backed by a 30-day warranty. If the same specific issue recurs within 30 days of a completed repair, we will fix it again at no additional charge. This warranty applies to the exact issue repaired and does not cover new, separate issues, changes made by the client to their website after the repair, or issues caused by third-party platform changes or hosting provider outages.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

7. Screenshare and Access

Sessions are conducted via secure, one-time screenshare links. You control what is shared during the session and may end the session at any time. You should not share passwords or sensitive credentials unless you are comfortable doing so. We recommend changing any credentials shared during a session once the repair is complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WebsiteTrouble.com and Docherty, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of Docherty, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

10. White-Label Services

Agency and white-label clients are subject to a separate agreement. The terms of any white-label arrangement will be outlined in a separate written contract between the parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
