We offer a variety of website support services, including website maintenance, performance optimization, security hardening, plugin and theme assistance, troubleshooting, and emergency support. We can also customize a plan to fit your specific needs.
After I assess your website issues I request upfront payment and while I fully intend to make a best-effort attempt at resolving issues, part of my fee is the time to diagnose and troubleshoot your issues. In the event that we aren’t making the intended progress based on the initial conversation, I will, at my discretion offer a full refund or future screen sharing session credit.
I am available daily from 8am-10pm EST. I also offer extended hours and emergency support options depending on our engagement.
We accept most major payment methods due at time of service.
Please be advised we do not offer NET 30 terms.
